CAT HOTEL
We have 14 spacious, individual cages, including a large family cage and 4 cages with an outdoor area. All our cages are equipped with cat furniture and fun toys. During the day, we play background music and there is plenty of daylight to provide a pleasant atmosphere. Our cages are 2 m high, 1 m wide and 2 m deep, making them much larger than the legal standards (1m² by 1.85m). This leaves the option open for you to bring along your cat’s favourite toy and/or basket for sleeping.
For people with multiple cats, there is a family cage available with extra-large scratching posts and hammocks. In addition, the regular cages can be opened to each other with an interconnecting door, allowing the possibility to feed the cats separately as required.
The outdoor runs are only accessible in the summer when the weather is nice and sunny. This prevents the cats from catching colds. In cool weather, our indoor cages are heated so that they remain nice and warm all year round, day and night.
The cats are fed twice a day, but we will of course adapt this habit if your cat is used to something different at home. We do recommend that you bring your own food. If your cat needs extra care or medication, we ask you to inform us in advance.
The cages are cleaned thoroughly every day, which prevents unpleasant odors. After a cat leaves, the cages are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
Of course, we have cuddle and play moments every day and in addition, a visit from our Vet is never far away as he lives here on site.
We ensure optimal care with lots of personal attention, making for a pleasant stay for your cat.
Rules
When can I drop off and pick up my cat?
The drop-off and pick-up of cats must always be arranged by telephone appointment. This is to avoid stressing your cat or other cats.
On Sundays and public holidays, the drop-off and pick-up of your pet(s) is only possible at 9 p.m.
Does my cat have to meet certain requirements?
- Unneutered male cats are not allowed in the pension after the age of 6 months.
- Every cat must be vaccinated against cat flu, feline distemper and feline leukaemia.
- Your cat must be treated for parasites such as fleas and worms.
- If fleas are detected, we will treat your cat for an additional fee.
- The vaccination booklet must accompany the cat at all times.

What if my cat gets sick during its stay?
- The owner must always designate someone who is authorised to make important decisions regarding health and treatment on their behalf if necessary.
- For older cats, it is advisable to consider the possibility of the cat's death before going on holiday. (Have the body collected/buried in your garden/cremated/placed in an urn/scattered in your garden or at a crematorium scattering garden...) Please understand that we cannot keep the remains until your return.
Can I still cancel my appointment?
- Cancellations must be made at least 1 week (2 weeks during high season) before the reserved accommodation period.
- In the event of late cancellation, the client undertakes to pay 50% of the total amount.
- In the event of a no-show without cancellation, the client undertakes to pay the full amount plus an additional penalty of 15%.
- When cancelling in writing, please include your telephone number so that we can confirm that we have received your cancellation.
Opening hours
It goes without saying that we are available for the cats 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, for dropping off and picking up your pets, we ask that you contact us by telephone first so that an appropriate appointment can be made.
Wednesday is our closing day (only pick-up or drop-off by appointment is possible). On Sundays and public holidays, cats can only be dropped off and picked up at 9 p.m. Christmas and New Year’s Day are exceptions to this rule. Special arrangements will be made for these days.
